Yoga became my rock as I was recovering from an injury. The pain and weakness in my ankle are with me daily, and a regular practice keeps me powerful, balanced, and a strong believer that anyone and everyone should do yoga. I am fortunate to have been named a Power of Movement Champion – I will share my story with anyone who will listen.
